Here comes the exclusive patented Stratec technology, which consists in the coupling and the combination of 4 lamellar profiles, the last in a precious wood. All this generates a radical change of perspective, transforming the window into a real, fully customizable piece of furniture. The textures give the environment a new character and, thanks to the warmth of the wood, transfer sensations of warmth, comfort and well-being.

The new production plant fully realizes the vision of a circular company. Built in 2010, the new headquarters has an annual production capacity of approximately 35,000 windows and extends over 13,000 square meters. Each architectural aspect has been designed in compliance with the highest standards of environmental efficiency thanks to the presence of 1368 photovoltaic panels that each year provide about 80% of the energy needs of the factory.

Sciuker Frames presents the collection of legatec wooden windows created to satisfy the market demand for a product with a natural design and high thermal insulation performance. A new concept of frame that combines the warmth and value of laminated wood on the inside with the strength of a thermo-profiled aluminum sheet on the outside.

Thanks to the precise and innovative research of the SciukerLab, Sciuker Frames creates Offline, the first multilaminar wood system of only 36 mm for the sliding doors and 8 mm for the casement windows. Thanks to its very low door height, the profile develops in depth and emphasizes the feeling of continuity between the external environment and the internal spaces, ensuring maximum brightness, without sacrificing the warmth of wood. The light creates a particular visual game with the door and gives the idea that it has been dematerialized and pushed towards the interior, creating original and fascinating design solutions.

Since August 2018 SCIUKER Frames has embarked on a new phase in its growth strategy thanks to the financial listing on the Italian Stock Exchange. An important milestone that has opened the company to new opportunities and strategic partnerships to increase its market share in Italy and abroad and to undertake new collaborations.

The company’s green commitment is consolidated in new directions with the #Sciuker4Planet project. SCIUKER Ecospace was created to meet the need to make the benefits of the Relaunch Decree tangible through a complete redevelopment of the Italian housing landscape. Thanks to the skills of a team of experts, SCIUKER Ecospace contributes to the energy redevelopment of condominium buildings and / or individual real estate units by changing the environmental impact of the Italian building heritage.

In order to double the production capacity, Sciuker Frames acquires a new industrial complex on an area of approximately 50,000 m2. The investment is part of the 2021-2024 Industrial Plan program.

The acquisition of GC Infissi is a significant transaction. GC Infissi has a business model and an endowment that integrates optimally with the strategy of SCIUKER Frames and, for this reason, it is expected that the Transaction will immediately create significant synergies both in terms of competitive positioning and level of product offering to customers throughout the country.

Teknika, founded in 2006, is a company active in the production of mosquito nets, roller shutters, thermal insulating monoblocks and external awnings that will complete the integrated system studied by the Group.
