Under the AIM Italia Regulation, anyone holding at least 5% of a category of financial instruments of Sciuker Frames S.p.A. is a “Significant Shareholder”

Exceeding the 5% threshold and reaching or exceeding the thresholds of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50%, 66.6% and 90% constitute a “Substantial Change” which must be communicated by the Significant Shareholders to Sciuker Frames SpA

To this end, the Significant Shareholder must notify Sciuker Frames S.p.A within 4 trading days, starting from the day on which the transaction involving the Substantial Change was carried out:

• the identity of the Significant Shareholders involved;
• the date on which Sciuker Frames S.p.A. has been informed;
• the date on which the Substantial Change of equity investments took place;
• the price, amount and category of the Sciuker Frames S.p.A. financial instruments involved;
• the nature of the transaction;
• the nature and extent of the participation of the Significant Shareholder in the transaction.

The communication can be made using the attached form, sent in advance by email to investor_relations@sciuker.it and subsequently sent in original by registered letter to: Sciuker Frames S.p.A., Via Fratte – P.I.P. Area, 83020 Contrada (AV), Italy.
